Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment :

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on customercare@cadyce.com or get in touch with us via live chat.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded within 7 working days after the cancellation request through the same mode.

Cancellation post shipment :

Cancellation of an order that has already been shipped will not be possible in any case.

Return Policy

Cadyce offers its customers an ‘Easy Return Policy’ wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product purchased from Cadyce online store within 30 days of its delivery.

Step 1 : Contact our customer support via email ( customercare@cadyce.com ) within 30 days of receiving the order.

Step 2 : Provide us with your ID details and your request to return your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3 : Ship the product back to Cadyce. The replacement or refund process will only be initiated if the products are received in their original packaging with their seals, labels , barcodes and serial number or UPC intact.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions :

  1. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  2. Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories.
  3. Original packaging is damaged.
  4. Serial number is tampered.
  5. Product is used or altered.
  6. If request is initiated after 30 days of delivery.
  7. Free product provided by brand.
  8. Products not purchased from Cadyce online store.

How to ship back the products :

Step 1 : Contact Cadyce support by email ( customercare@cadyce.com ) or live chat. Cadyce support staff will help you resolve the issue (if any) and provide a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) and mailing information after your verify your return details.

Step 2 : Affix the address label to the outside of your return box. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box with the packing slip. Once we receive the item(s), we will send out the appropriate replacement(s) or issue a refund as applicable. This return policy is applicable only for the purchase done on Cadyce online store ( www.cadyce.com ).
