Refund & Return Policy

RETURNS:

Returns will be accepted if the purchase is made online through the website. All returns must be postmarked within eight (8) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new and in unused condition, with all original tags, color box with wrap shrink, and labels intact.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at rma@cadyce.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

In case of return, the shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, then we will inspect the condition of your item. However, we request you to give us at least ten (10) business days from the date of receipt of your item. Once the formalities are complete, we will notify you via email as soon as we process your refund.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature, shipping hazards, damage caused by accident, or abuse of the product. Neither does the warranty cover normal wear and tear or damage to any non-Cadyce product used in connection with the product. Power adapters carry no warranty.
